Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on items ,that are not cut fabric lenghts, gift cards, sale or campaign, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mail.freemover@gmail.com please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once recieved back we will refund the full cost of the purchase of the items (unless they are are faulty or incorrect) within 14 days. In case of exchange please return the items and re-order again on the webshop.
If you live in Norway it is important that you pay for both shipping and customers declaration, otherwise we cannot recive your shipment.
Any return delivery charges will be payable by you. Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning items.
We will of course refund the shipping cost for your return if it is due to misstakes made by us, therefore please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
